Residents of Aljoya enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle, including a full service restaurant with chef-prepared selections, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation and professionally maintained common areas and gardens. Retirement Living in Washington
Offered at every Era Living community, retirement living services include scheduled transportation, housekeeping and linen services, recreation and group activities, daily checks and access to the community Wellness Center. The Wellness Center is managed by a full-time Registered Nurse and has a professional team approach to assess any major health concerns while helping to plan for potential future needs.

Once a week — right on schedule — each residence is professionally cleaned. If something needs attention in between, a member of the staff will take care of that, too. As for the shared spaces, expect them to be beautifully maintained and filled with art, flowers, and the comforts of home.
