Assisted Living Services at Spiritwood at Pine Lake
As personal needs arise, our Assisted Living Program is available. We create an individually tailored service plan to support independence. Certified, licensed staff is available 24 hours a day to assist with care. Whether bathing, grooming, dressing, medication management, mobility, personal laundry, or general wellness and well-being, our staff - under the direction of the Resident Care Director - provides assistance for our residents in their own private apartments.
To meet residents' changing needs, our care team assists in evaluating the degree of need, documents the frequency of interaction and notes trends that may demonstrate a change in needs. Assisted living fees will vary depending on the personal services required. In order to support resident needs we are in frequent contact with families, physicians, counselors and therapists to discuss any challenges we may encounter.
Should you request personal services after residing with us independently, no move is necessary to utilize our Assisted Living Program. You may comfortably remain in your initial apartment with a renewed sense of security and well-being.
