Dartmouth, a Northbridge Assisted Living Community in Dartmouth, Massachusetts
which opened its doors in August of 1997. Dartmouth was the ideal location
between 2 major hospitals and in close proximity to area nursing homes. This
elegant community which is situated on 16 picturesque acres and resembles a
Country Inn is home to over 60 residents.

Created under the foundation of The S.T.A.R. Program®, the activities department at Autumn Glen provides a scheduled calendar which includes individual, group, and independent activities seven days a week. The program is diversified and flexible and provides the residents with a wide variety of recreational experiences that meet their physical, mental, psycho-social, and spiritual needs. The department's programs are designed to meet the needs, capabilities, and interests to the individuals and the groups they serve. Programs are provided to establish and maintain community contact. Interests and capabilities are assessed to meet the individual needs of residents. The activities department aims to promote and maintain the resident's sense of usefulness to themselves and to others in the fullest extent.
