Assisted Living Source will only collect personally identifiable data from visitors to our site, such as name, telephone number, and e-mail address, when it is voluntarily submitted on this website. This information will be collected through our online "Request Info” form. We only share this information with those Senior Housing and Home Care Providers that you select for the purpose of their contacting you to provide you more information about their services. No other third parties, either on our behalf or for themselves, other than the companies you select, will collect any Personally Identified Information through this website.

If you submit your business information for inclusion in our directory using the “Contact Us” page on this site you will be asked for your Business name, Address, phone number, and email address as well as contact name, phone number, and email address. We will use this information to contact you regarding the addition of your business to our directory. We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.
