Pine Brook Care Center, a 132 bed nursing and rehabilitation facility, offers various specialized services for the geriatric population. Situated in historic Englishtown, New Jersey, Pine Brook is a calm oasis, featuring beautiful outdoor gardens, two atriums, a large activity room and an elegant dining room.

At Pine Brook, our nurses are committed to providing outstanding care that enhances our residents' quality of life. We take a comprehensive approach in providing sub-acute care, nursing rehabilitation, pain management, hospice programs, wound care and intervention therapies. The nursing department is headed by nurses who specialize in geriatric and sub-acute care. We provide a full complement of dedicated registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants who are the backbone of our care. Our staff becomes involved with residents and their families in developing a plan of care.
The goals are two-fold: to take care of each resident with dignity and respect while providing residents with the quality of life they deserve.

The activity department offers a diverse array of programs for our residents on a daily basis. Our goal is to provide a full range of programming for residents of all levels of functioning. We offer individual visitation, unit based programming, and facility wide activities that meet the social, spiritual, physical, and intellectual needs of our residents. This is accomplished through our diversified programs such as arts and crafts, music, exercise, movies, inter-generational programs, multi-denominational religious services, as well as regularly scheduled trips out.
