ManorCare is a 117-bed facility situated on a campus with Arden Courts Alzheimer's Assisted Living as well as Springhouse Assisted Living. ManorCare offers 24-hour skilled nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapy, and Alzheimer's care. ManorCare - Lely Palms' dedicated 30-bed Thalia unit is designed for residents in the mid-to-late stages of Alzheimer's disease or other related memory disorders and features.

Our comprehensive medical and rehabilitation center serves the care needs of a wide variety of patients. Many are looking for active treatment to get back on their feet as they recover from surgery, a severe injury or a debilitating illness so that they can return home.Others can no longer be on their own and choose our center as their home.
