Our communities offer a nurturing, home-like environment with nurses specially trained in Alzheimer’s and Dementia; on-site Healthcare Coordinators that develop individualized care plans; nutritious meals prepared on-site daily from fresh, quality ingredients; interactive daily activities to keep your loved one involved in regular routines and homes specially designed and built for memory care assisted living.
Premium Care and Safety
- Staff trained specifically for memory care on-site 24 hrs/day
- RN’s on-site 40 hrs/wk and on call 24 hrs/day

Health and Memory Care Services
- Administration and storage of all medications
- Health monitoring (vital signs, lab tests, therapy needs)
- Assistance with daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility
- Ongoing evaluation of nutritional needs, special dietary requirements and weight monitoring
- Monitoring of insulin level for diabetics (when prescribed by a doctor)
- Memory boxes outside each Resident’s room with personalized pictures and mementos
