Families choose their caregiver: Our goal is to find the perfect caregiver matching personalities, shared interest and personal preference. We then bring a caregiver to your home for an interview and ask you to participate in the selection process. We don’t just send the caregiver who is available.
Experience: We hire only experience caregivers. There is no on the job training. You deserve to have a caregiver who is experienced in providing services that are needed in your home.
Independence: With in-home care, clients are encouraged to be as independent as possible. With a few changes for safety, such as grab bars and anti-slip rugs, freedom to move around the comfort of their own home is very possible with in-home care.
Continuity of Care: Home care is often provided by the same caregiver or team or caregivers so they always know what kind of care has been given or is needed.
Flat Rate: We have a flat rate fee structure. As the level of need increases, our rates do not and we do not charge more for weekend care.
Background Checks: Performs all background checks including 7-year, nationwide criminal investigation, 4 personal references and 4 professional references, and a 5-year DMV driving history.
Training: Requires monthly on-going training for all caregivers in areas such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, transferring safely and more.
On-Site Supervision: An evaluation is performed with in the first 14 days of services starting. A follow up evaluation is conducted every 45 days. Drop in visits are also conducted. Drop in visits may be scheduled or unscheduled. On average we visit our families monthly.
No Long-Term Contract: We do not require long-term contract, so clients stay with only as long as they are 100% satisfied.
Insurance and Bonding: All caregivers are employees. All caregivers are insured including Worker’s Compensation, Liability and are bonded.
Payroll Taxes: Provides for all employer and employee tax withholdings and reporting.
Back up support and substitution: Assures smooth substitution should the caregiver be ill or should the family wish to change caregivers.
