Waterford is the premier rental retirement community in the Miami Valley, offering residents elegance, convenience, and an active, independent lifestyle. Waterford is located on nine acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and is surrounded by walking trails. The grounds feature a stocked pond for catch and release fishing, a fountain, deck with a gazebo and a heated swimming pool. Waterford is the only Miami Valley community that offers a heated swimming pool and garages for our residents' cars. Our community features shuffleboard, a putting green, an activities lounge, game room and gathering room.
At Waterford, our residents enjoy four-star treatment, a first-rate location and exceptional amenities. Picture yourself relaxing at our community's gazebo near a scenic pond while you enjoy Waterford's classic architecture. All of Waterford's spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments include amenities such as a full kitchen and individual heating and air conditioning units. Waterford also features washer and dryer connections in most apartments.
