Deficiency free inspections since opening in 1999, along with our close association with and proximity to Mon General Hospital adds an extra measure of security and peace of mind for our residents and their families.

The Suites at Heritage Point is part of The Village at Heritage Point, a continuing care retirement community. Prior residency at The Village is not required to enjoy all the benefits The Suites has to offer. There is no entrance fee for Residential Care at The Suites at Heritage Point.
About The Village at Heritage Point
The Village at Heritage Point consists of three connected components. The Residential Living component is a three-story building, which houses 87 spacious one and two bedroom apartment homes. The community-area component contains country-club style facilities, such as formal and private dining rooms, a café/convenience store, library, resident business center, arts and crafts room, great room, beauty and barber shop, patio, raised garden beds and an exercise area. The Suites, the Residential Care component, is a two-story building offering 40 alcove and one-bedroom apartments.
The Village at Heritage Point, located in Morgantown, West Virginia, is a state-of-the-art retirement community for senior adults. The Village is not for profit and is a service of Mon Elder Services, Inc. It is sponsored by Monongalia Health System, Inc., Monongalia County's premier community-based health care provider for over 50 years.
Private funds are the only source of payment accepted for The Village and The Suites at Heritage Point.
