Health and Wellness Philosophy
At Rockwood, our Health and Wellness Philosophy describes our partnership with our residents in achieving the goal of living at the most independent level possible. To that end, we provide extensive fitness classes, nutritional counseling, the latest equipment, gentle fitness classes and restorative and rehabilitative programs. To promote holistic well-being, both campuses employ an on-site Chaplain to counsel and support. Social and educational events are part of the wellness equation, too - there are many to choose from.
When more help is needed...
Rockwood at Hawthorne provides an Assisted Living Program in your apartment so there is no need to move if your needs change, and a newly renovated and expanded 20-bed skilled nursing center.
