OrrVilla, a planned retirement community, offers independent duplex dwelling units, known as Locust Court, to assisted living in a congregate facility, known as Maple Terrace. At Maple Terrace services are tailored to meet the personal needs of each individual, allowing residents to maintain an independent lifestyle by providing a helping hand now and then.
The secure, gracious lifestyle of our planned retirement community is an exciting option for seniors. OrrVilla is located in Wayne County, fifteen miles east of Wooster on the southeast side of Orrville, next to Dunlap Memorial Hospital and close to shopping areas.

Short-Term Stay Apartment
Our Short-Term Stay apartment provides you with all of the benefits of residency, including access to all of the amenities, community areas, and personal care and wellness services, in a secure and caring environment without a long-term commitment.
It's the perfect solution following a surgery or illness when extra recovery time is needed before returning home, or when a primary caregiver needs to take time away.
Included in the fee is a furnished efficiency apartment with 24-hour emergency response, two healthy meals daily in the community dining room and a continental breakfast served in your room, a microwave in your apartment, medication assistance and daily personal care assistance, weekly housekeeping and linen laundering services, and participation in any scheduled social, cultural and wellness activities.
To ensure that we offer the highest quality service during your stay with us, our Resident Services Manager meets with each Short-Term Stay resident and his or her family to discuss personal needs and preferences and develops a customized short-term Wellness Care Plan. Prior to staying at OrrVilla, the resident needs to have a physical. A TB test will be administered the first day of the resident's stay. Any medications the resident needs must be provided by the resident or family.
