Welcome Home

Presidential Care Givers is a State Licensed, Residential Assisted Living Home that focuses on care for the Elderly.  We are located in a very nice Ypsilanti neighborhood that is conveniently located just blocks away from St. Joseph Hospital, shopping, a large variety of restaurants, entertainment, easy highway access and just a couple miles from Ann Arbor.

 We offer a fun and stimulating environment for our residents by encouraging resident hobbies such as bird watching, gardening, arts & crafts, cooking, music and community game nights.  We also provide many other stimulating activities designed to “lift the spirits” and provide happiness to our residents such as frequent therapy animal and pet visits to our group home.

 Our newly renovated residential assisted living home located at 2138 Roosevelt, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 was designed for completely barrier free handicap access. This home is a large ranch style layout with (4) private and (1) shared bedroom.  The house has a large living area, physical therapy/workout area, (4) bathrooms, elegant dining area, and modern spacious kitchen. From the two entrance wheelchair ramps, to the wide 36” doorways; this house  has been designed for the resident with mobility issues.

 For those residents that are more mobile; the Roosevelt house is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood and a very active community.  Within walking distance there are parks, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and many churches.  Visiting families will find many nearby places to take Mom or Dad such as the indoor ice cream store two blocks away.

 At Presidential Care Givers; our mission is to consistently improve the quality of lives for each of our residents.  We accomplish this by providing a living environment that is hopefully similar to the home our residents have lived in for most of their lives.  Each day we focus on activities that will elevate mind, body and spirit to delight both our residents and their families.
