Vi at Aventura, located in Miami, FL, is an upscale, Type A continuing care retirement community (CCRC) just a short drive from the downtown area and across from Aventura Mall as well as near many local attractions. With a variety of amenities ranging from fine dining to lifestyle activities to a stable continuum of care, Vi at Aventura commits to enriching older adults’ lives through quality environments, services and programs. Residents participate in a multitude of activities, including an on-campus lifestyle, fitness programs, scheduled outings to the Florida Grand Opera, Miami City Ballet, and guest presentations from Florida International University.

At Vi at Aventura the cost of your home is included in your entrance fee and monthly fee. Your monthly fees do not increase as a result of moving to our care center for Assisted Living, Memory Support or Skilled Nursing care services. Your only extra costs are for additional meals and ancillary items.

Choose from one of our various floor plans: 12 one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, or two bedroom plus den. Care is a party of your residency agreement when you move in as an Independent Living resident.

In 2012 we celebrated our 25th anniversary as a owner, operator and developer of residential communities for older adults. As of 2011, all CCRCs are now free of third party debt, cementing our commitment to financial stability at all of our locations.
