Our Traditions Memory Care Program is now open at Pinecrest Place. Traditions is a safe haven dedicated to the needs of older adults with memory challenges. Designed to create pleasant and successful days, Traditions is based upon a person-centered care philosophy. This approach recognizes the individual as the center of the care process and is designed to nurture, promote safety and support independence. Our aim is to help maintain each person's unique sense of self by honoring her life experiences through tailored programs, personalized care and positive interactions.
For residents who require assistance with the activities of daily living, we also offer assisted living and health care services.
