Vi at Lakeside Village
Vi at Lakeside Village, located in Lake Worth FL, is an upscale Type A continuing care retirement community (CCRC) steps from the shores of Lake Osborne in Palm Beach County Florida. Newly remodeled with lush grounds, a club-style atmosphere, and an indoor pool, Vi at Lakeside Village offers a spectrum of distinctive amenities, fine dining, lifestyle activities, and a continuum of care. Here we commit to enriching older adults’ lives through quality environments, services and programs.
When you move into Vi, you will find the cost of your home included in your entrance and monthly fees. You can choose from our various floor plans: 20 one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, two bedroom plus den, or freestanding villa. And when you move into Vi as an Independent Living resident, care is a party of your residency agreement. Your monthly fees will not increase as a result of moving to our care center for Assisted Living, Memory Support or Skilled Nursing care services.
Your only extra costs are for
additional meals and ancillary items.
About Vi
In 2012 we celebrated our 25th anniversary as a developer, owner and operator
of residential communities for older adults. As of 2011, with our final
construction loan paid off, all of our CCRCs are now free of third party debt,
furthering our commitment to financial stability. The Vi family of communities comprises
10 continuing care retirement communities in six states across the U.S.
