AgeSong at Hayes Valley Has a Different Approach to Elder Care
AgeSong at Hayes Valley, located in San Francisco, specializes in elder care for high needs assisted living, behavioral health care, nursing services, clinical care, home healthcare, hospice care, and innovative forgetfulness care (also known as memory care, dementia care or Alzheimer’s disease care). Our community nestled in a restored Victorian in San Francisco’s lively Hayes Valley neighborhood. AgeSong’s assisted living community exudes a therapeutic vibe and services up to 40 residents.
Natural light pours through the large windows, granting views to the outside, and the ever-popular AgeSong Café often hosts get-togethers for residents, friends and family. Owned by the Pacific Institute, a Bay Area non-profit organization, our senior community prides itself on serving elders through not only care but education and research as well. By melding our inner community with our outer surroundings, we continually encourage, support and provide opportunities for our residents to grow. Our assisted living and dementia care programs mitigate loneliness and isolation and nurture learning and community involvement.

Our programs and approaches combine research and educational principles with techniques that our resident and family members have taught us about dementia care — a truly individualized experience.
